Itinerary
Day 1 : Hanoi Arrival
Pick up from Noibai international airport by coach for your hotel in Hanoi . Rest of the day is free for leisure. Welcome dinner. (D)

Day 2 : Ha Noi - City Tour - Victoria Express.
Am: Depart for city tour of Hanoi after breakfast. Private coach to Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and his former residence. Note: Long pants and longsleeves are required to enter his mausoleum.
Continue to the Temple of Literature . It is the first university in Vietnam , built in 1070 under the Ly Dynasty. Back to the old quarter to enjoy 1 hour ride in a cyclo (rickshaw) to visit the 36 ancient streets of Hanoi 's old quarter. Lunch and back to your hotel.
Pm: Visit central lake of Hoan Kiem via Ngoc Son temple. Located right at the heart of Hanoi , Hoan Kiem Lake has become the typical symbol for Hanoil.
Head out to the outskirts of Hanoi to visit the famous Museum of Ethnology . It is a good time for you to get more information before visiting Sapa. Back to your hotel for packing and relaxing until dinner time via visiting West Lake . Note: You must check out before dinner tonight. We will go directly to the railway station for the Victoria Express after dinner.
10:00 Pm. Depart for Sapa by Victoria Express train. (B,L)

Day 3 : Sapa
Am: Upon early arrival in Lao Cai town, take our van up to Sapa. Check-in at Victoria Resort. Free time to explore the town on your own.
Pm: Short walk to Cat Cat village to visit the H'mong people and down to Cat Cat waterfall. You are welcome to visit one of the traditional H'mong house based along the walk.
Back to your hotel or strolling around Sapa town. (B,D)

Day 4 : Sapa - Tavan village Homestay
Today is a big day ! We have some optional transport to get down to Tavan village where we will spend a night with the local people.
Option 1 : About 17 km walk along the Vang stream to get to Tavan. This distance will be more or less depending on the weather conditions. This is a physically demanding option.
Option 2 : Walk around town in the morning. Pick up by Jeep for drive down to Tavan.
Beautiful landscapes will be seen in both options. Picnic lunch will be served on the way by our experienced local guide.
Arrive at Tavan. Relax at the homestay of the Zay people and you could also help the family prepare our simple dinner tonight. (B,L,D) (OVERNIGHT IN HOMESTAY OF ZAY PEOPLE)
Day 5 : Sapa
After breakfast, we farewell our local family to head back to Sapa by Jeep.
Arrive and check in at Victoria Resort. Free for leisure. (B,D)

Day 6 : Sapa - Heaven gate & Victoria Express
Am: Free in the morning for shopping in Sapa market.
Pm: Coach trip to Silvel waterfall and Heaven Gate. Stop for photography, then drive to Lao Cai for our train tonight. (B)
Day 7 : Ha Noi
Transfer back to your hotel upon early arrival.
Free time for today but we recommend to you an optional day tour from Hanoi such as Perfume Pagoda, Hoalu and Tamcoc, etc.
Farewell dinner with your guide. (B,D)

Day 8 : Departure
Free time until transfer to the airport for your flight home. (B)
